Terms and Conditions

Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using purnimafeeds.com (the “Service”), operated by Systems R Sdn Bhd (“us”, “we” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.

Enquiries and Quotations

This website lets you send us an enquiry about our products. An enquiry is not an order, and nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Prices, availability, specifications and delivery are confirmed by us directly in a written quotation or order confirmation, and those confirm the agreement between us. Product information on this site is provided in good faith as a general guide and may change without notice.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• use it in a way that damages, disables or impairs it, or interferes with anyone else’s use of it
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any system or network connected to it
• copy, reproduce or redistribute its content other than as permitted below

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Systems R Sdn Bhd and its licensors. Product names, logos and brand marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and print pages of this site for your own reference. Any other use, including reproducing our content on another website, requires our written permission.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites or services. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by, or in connection with, your use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available through them. We recommend you read the terms and privacy notice of any third-party site you visit.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

Feeding, dosage and husbandry guidance on this site is general information, not veterinary advice. Animals, conditions and holdings differ. Please consult a qualified veterinarian or animal nutritionist about your own livestock before making changes to a feeding programme.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

Availability and Termination

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Service at any time, without notice. We may restrict access to it if you breach these terms. Any provision that by its nature should survive termination will do so, including the provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of that right. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify or replace these terms at any time. Any change is published on this page and the date at the top is updated. If a change is material we will try to give reasonable notice before it takes effect. By continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
